House of Analysis ("we", "us") built this page so it's actually clear what happens to your information when you visit houseofanalysis.com or send us a project brief, not just a legal wall of text nobody reads. If anything here is unclear, email founder@houseofanalysis.com and we'll explain it properly.
What we collect, and why
If you just browse the site. We use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool, to understand how people use this site: which pages get read, how far people scroll, where they click, and roughly how long a visit lasts. It also records approximate location at a country or city level, based on IP address, and general device and browser information. This never includes your name, email, or any way to identify you personally, unless you've also submitted our contact form, in which case we treat that combined picture with the same care described below.
Clarity only runs if you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics tracking runs on your visit at all.
If you send us a project brief. The contact form on this site collects your name, email, company (optional), project type, and whatever details you write, and delivers it straight to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, without ever opening your email app. Where the site is hosted on Netlify, a copy is also held briefly in a private form dashboard only we can access, so a genuine enquiry never gets lost. We use this only to reply to your enquiry, nothing else.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever.
- We don't use tracking to build advertising profiles, and we don't run ad networks on this site.
- We don't share your contact form details with any third party outside of the tools listed below that we use to run our own business.
Tools we use, and where your data actually sits
- Microsoft Clarity (analytics, only if you accept cookies) — data is processed and stored by Microsoft. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Netlify (hosting, and a backup contact form dashboard, if we're hosted there) — see Netlify's privacy policy.
- Web3Forms (delivers project brief submissions to our inbox, without ever opening your email app) — see Web3Forms' privacy policy.
- Your email provider — project brief submissions are delivered as a normal email to founder@houseofanalysis.com.
We don't run our own database of visitor information. Everything above is held by these providers directly, under their own security and privacy practices.
Cookies
The only cookie-based tracking on this site is Microsoft Clarity, and it only loads after you click Accept on the banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.
Your choices. You can decline analytics cookies entirely, and the site works exactly the same either way. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing founder@houseofanalysis.com. We'll action any reasonable request within 30 days.
Children's privacy
This site is a business-to-business marketing site and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If how we collect or use information changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We won't make a material change without making it obvious here.
